As of November 2nd, 2020, DOB requires that Immediately
Hazardous (AEUHAZ) and Benchmarking Violation civil penalties be paid online. Any
payment that is received by mail will not be accepted and will be returned.
In order to make these payments, you must log in to eFiling,
select “Express Cashier Payments”, and pay by electronic check or credit card.
If a violation was paid for after October 5th,
2020, it will be automatically dismissed. However, if a payment was made before
October 5th, 2020 you must submit proof of payment with the
Certificate of Correction review request to the Sustainability Unit.
